Show HARMAII TAKES OVER FLAME Hospitality, good food and specialized spe-cialized Kentucky fried chicken will be the motto of Pete Harman who just took over the Golden Flame cafe in Sugar House now to be known as Harman's Cafe. Pete Harman has operated a thriving eating establishment at State street and 39th South for years, and only a fortnight ago took over the Golden Flame. Kentucky fried chicken, an exclusive ex-clusive recipe with Harman, will highlight the menu laden with' good food, at reasonable cost and in one of the most elegant and elaborate surroundings in all Vtah valley. Pete Harman, though young, is experienced in the catering business. busi-ness. He has suave, a friendly man- ner, and he is known throughout Utah for his hospitable greetings. In the future, Harman's will cater to clubs, lodges, groups and individuals in a manner that all must.be pleased, Pete declared, as he took over the operation of the newest and one of the swankiest eating places in Utah. The Sugar House chamber of commerce sent a delegation to greet this greeter, and indulge in a ride in his Hospitality Carriage, drawn by an able though and aged dappled grey horse. The chamber was represented by President L. L. Halversen, Secretary Secre-tary D. James Cannon and Horace A. Sorensen. Harman's especial e m m i sary, Robert Dust, the Kentucky colonel, and driver Lee Spafford, too, were pictured in the navel stunt advertising adver-tising the new management. |
