Show MAXIHE TEW WEDDED TO JOHN BARLOW Hi TEMPLE Miss Maxine Tew last Thursday became the bride of Wesley John Barlow in a Salt Lake LDS Temple Tem-ple ceremony, and the young couple cou-ple are now touring Southern California Cali-fornia and Zions canyon for two weeks. The bride is a daughter of Mrs. Kathlyn and the late Roscoe M. Tew, 2175 Richards street, while Mir. Barlow is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy J. Barlow of Brigham city, Utah. Parents of the groom honored the newlyweds at a wedding break, fast at Beau Brummel restaurant Thursday afternoon, and a reception recep-tion was held in the home of the bride's mother that evening. Maid of honor was the bride's sister, Merilyn Tew. Bridesmaids were the groom's sister, Carol Ann Barlow, and the bride's niece, Cheryl Taylor. Blaine Hansen was best man. Arthur Nyland brother of Mrs. Tew, stood in the line to receive the guests. Mr. and Mrs. Nyland and their son Wallace and sister Mrs. C. L. Cone, traveled from their home in Fair Oaks, Cal., to attend the wedding festivities. The newly-married couple will reside in Sugar House. Mr. Barlow Bar-low is attending the University of Utah. |
