OCR Text Utah Power Donates Power For Holiday Decorations Some 123 cities and towns in Utah, Idaho and Wyoming will again receive annual Christmas gifts from Utah Power & Light Co. free electricity for holiday lighting decorations installed on city streets and parks. J. C. Littlefield, Salt Lake division di-vision manager, said free electricity electri-city to illuminate Christmas lights in communities where the firm's distribution lines run is available between dusk and midnight. The company also will run necessary service wires to connect installed lights to the utility lines. Free Xmas lighting to these communities is a long-standing custom with UP&L. Last year, the utility provided 237,784 kilowatt-hours kilowatt-hours of free electricity to illuminate illumi-nate 43,044 holiday bulbs in 123 cities and towns. Of these, some 18,150 bulbs were lighted in 25 communities in Salt Lake county and the southwest corner of Wyoming.
