Show WESTMINSTER COLLEGE NOTICE OF MEETING TO AMEND ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION To the members of the corporation corpora-tion of Westminster College, a corporation of the State of Utah: A meeting of the members of the corporation of Westminster College, consisting of the duly ordained or-dained ministers residing within the State of Utah, of the religious denomination known as the Presbyterian Pres-byterian Church of the United States of America, will be held at Wasatch Presbyterian Church, 1676 South 17th East Street in Salt Lake City, State of Utah, at 9 o'clock a. m. on Wednesday the 21st day of April, 1954. The meeting meet-ing will be held for the purpose of considering and voting upon propositions to amend the Articles of Incorporation of Westminster College to authorize the Board of Trustees to fix the number of Trustees within the maximum limit of 36 and the minimum limit of 24, of which one-fourth shall constitute a quorum and exercise the powers of the Board, and if the number of Trustees be increased in-creased to fill the vacancies created cre-ated by such increase; to provide that the Board of Trustees shall annually elect one-third of the number of Trustees for a term of three years and each such group of members shall be known as a class; to provide for the representation represen-tation on th Board of Trustees of each Utah- wide Church organization organi-zation of the Protestant Evengelical denomination, which with the approval ap-proval of the board of Trustees may participate in the support of the institutions conducted and maintained by the corporation.
