It's a 'woman's world,' according to Madeleine, Holladay business woman, housewife and mother, and she loves it all! She takes an active part in the community life of her closely knit neighborhood, and has served in auxiliary offices of her LDS church. Here she was president of the Cottonwood LDS stake Relief Society where she had served several sev-eral years on the board. The Stevens' have three sons, Gary, who attends Olympus high school; Ray and Dee at Holladay elementary school. And Madeleine sensed her duty to her sons and the school and served on the Adult Education committee of the Holladay Hol-laday elementary school. MRS. Skiing is a sport enjoyed by the five who compose the Stevens family . . . from Pop to youngest son, Dee. They will build it themselves, and are eagerly looking forward to the undertaking. It will be fun, for as Madeleine says, "each day holds a challange and offers something some-thing different and new." Sewing, knitting and reading are Madeleine's pet hobbies at home. But it is the busiest person per-son who gets the most from life, and Madeleine loves life. There isn't a moment to spare. With it all, one can easily see that Madeleine loves people, and will always take time out to chat a bit. So if you don't meet her at the store, at home she will graciously sandwich it in between peaches, pickles and prunes! |
