Pumpkin Pie 1 cup pumpkin l-z cup sugar teaspoon salt 'z teaspoon cinnamon z li teaspoon ginger Vi teaspoon cloves 3 eggs or (2 eggs & 1 T. flour) 1 cup milk Combine dry ingredients with pumpkin. Add well-beaten eggs. Beat the milk slowly into mixture. mix-ture. When well blended pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake in a hot oven (450F.) for five minutes. |
