Show Three Teams Vie for Fs'rst Place in EMC M Men Play The vacation season is over and the East Mill Creek Stake M Men basketball is once again underway.' The tournament is still all tied up, but this week by only a three-way tie. Grandview, Cummings, and East Mill Creek all won their games last night leaving them with a record of five wins and two losses each. In the feature game of the evening, Wilford dropped a very close one to East Mill Creek. Final Fi-nal score was 33-29 for EMC although Wilford led through most of the game. Evergreen put a good scare into Grandview in the opening game, and it was with great difficulty that the Garndview boys pulled the game out of the fire by a score of 17-12. In the nightcap, Cum- mings played and beat a much rejuvenated Rosecrest team. W. L. Pet. All games are held in the old Granite Gran-ite High gym. |
