He introduced for the first time the model who had posed for Miss Lace in his GI comic strip, "Male Call." Recently, Caniff paid a return visit to NBC Television. And once again he gave viewers a "break." This time he was introducing in-troducing his new comic strip, titled "Steve Canyon," to appear ap-pear in January. With Caniff was the model for one of the central characters in "Steve Canyon." - Her name in the strip will be Copper Calhoon; Cal-hoon; in everyday life her name is Carol Ohmart.
