Show Jr. Traffic Policemen Sworn In At Irving A special assembly was held at the Irving High School Wednesday. Wed-nesday. The entire student body was called together to witness wit-ness the swearing in of junior traffic policemen for the school. Officer Folsom of the Salt Lake City police swore in the young men who will serve in this capacity cap-acity for the school year. Those who received the honor and responsibility re-sponsibility of "Junior Traffic Cops" are: Richard Waite, 1797 So. ICth East; Lee Underwood, 2349 So. 13th East; LeRoy Larsen, 2010 E. 17th South;' Billy Christensen, 1172 Whitlock Ave.; Ralph Van-derlinden, Van-derlinden, 2128 So. 19th East; Jack Burt, 1804 Redondo Ave.; David Spear, 1597 Gien Arbor; Noel Jackman, S32 Claybourne Ave.; Richard Varley, 1971 Down-ington Down-ington Ave.; Ralph Baesler, 1946 So. 14th East; Bruce Mayfield, 615 Lake St.; Lewis Larsen, 830 E. 27th South. A talk on safety and traffic regulations was given by Officer Snow, a member of the Utah State highway patrol. |
