The best way to support sup-port any organization is by being in attendance at all regularly regular-ly scheduled meetings, as you know we hold our meetings on the second and fourth Thursdays Thurs-days of each month unless otherwise notified. During the past year we had thirteen members mem-bers with 100 per cent attendance. attend-ance. If they can do it there is no reason why every member shouldn't be able to. Let's all have 100 per cent during the coming year. I As we go to press, the largest larg-est delegation to ever represent repre-sent the club is attending the , state convention in Cedar City. 'Our congratulations to these j members for their support to I our organization. Here is a ! complete list of delegates, along with the alternates: , Arch Aldous, Web Richards, Harold Bennion, Roy Hobbs, John Haslam, William Nichol, jMel Boley and Mel Wright. Alternate Al-ternate members to the state : .convention,: Bob Mulholland, j Harold Thomas, Carl Larson, Roy Linton and Don Archer. Since our last issue your reporter re-porter has discovered that the secretary does not have the birthdates of all ' the members. This is information that should be on the club records. At bur next meeting be sure and write your birthdate on your attendance attend-ance slip. Roy Linton reminds me that the installation party will be at Maxfield's Lodge in Big Cottonwood Canyon, July 2. Remember this date as it falls on a Tuesday evening instead of the regular Thursday night That's all for now see you in Cedar City. |
