Show First Annual Navy Ball Set for Oct. 25 At Old Mill Club All ex-navy personnel, naval reservist, and their guests, are cordially invited to. attend the first "Annual Naval Reserve Ball" at the Old Mill Club near the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon, Salt Lake, at 8 p.m. Friday Oct. 25. The ball will be held in conjunction with the Navy Day celebration and is being be-ing sponsored by Mervin S. Bennion Post S3 American Legion. Le-gion. Auerbach's fashion show will present "everything in latest fashion designs" and will include in-clude two models who are winners win-ners in the recent Harry Con-over Con-over contest. Several distinguished distinguish-ed guests will also be present There will be refreshments, dancing and tables for all. Tickets Tick-ets are $1.50 per couple and may he purchased in room 345, 3rd floor, Post Office Building, Salt Lake,, the Veterans Advisory Office at University of Utah, Mr. Maughan's office in U.S.E.S,. Mr. Wheeler's office at Salt Lake Hardware Company, also all members of Post 83 American Legion and all members of the naval reserve. Dress for the occasion is .seini-formjal, .seini-formjal, all navy and ex-navy are urged to attend in uniform. So dust off those dress blues, gather up the Mrs. or the girl friend and take a look at the lighter side of the navy.
