Show Win. Venn School Enjoys Own Movies They have modern education methods in the best sense of the phrase at the William Penn grade school. According to N. H. Webb, principal, prin-cipal, the students are now enjoying en-joying visual education programs. pro-grams. A new movie projector and sound track have been purchased pur-chased by the (school and already al-ready have won the enthusiastic enthusias-tic approval of student and faculty fac-ulty members alike. The six or seven programs which have thus far been presented have been thoroughly enjoyed by the youngsters and at the same time were highly instructive. The movie equipment will be paid for by contributions from individuals, civic group contributions contrib-utions and special drives. The PTA of the William-Penn school have included in its list of projects proj-ects for the year contributions toward the payment of the equipment. A kindly and civic-minded civic-minded act on the part" of the Mill Creek Lady Lions club was their recent substantial contribution contrib-ution toward the projector and sound equipment. Principal Webb feels that visual vis-ual education is one of the best and easiest ways of teaching pupils the work they need to know. He emphatically states that "the hardest way of doing a thing is not always the best way." He expresses complete satisfaction with the way the work in visual education at William Wil-liam Penn is progressing. |
