Show Post 65 News (Editor's Note: Subbing for Post 65 correspondent, the in-imicable in-imicable "Mack" Pollock who is vacationing in the midwest. Post Commander John C. Grubb, Sr., wrote this week's column:) As the "Legion" year has almost al-most ended I wish to use this column in The Bulletin to extend ex-tend to all the officers and members mem-bers my deepest appreciation for the splendid support they have given me during my term as commander. I feel the Post has done a good job, which could not have been done except by cooperation co-operation and hard work. I also wish to thank the civic organizations organiza-tions and businessmen for their support in making it possible to send boys to Boys' State and for the many other courtesies ex-tened ex-tened us. And to The Bulletin for its splendid cooperation. Next business meeting of the I Post will be Sept. 9, when the new officers will be, installed. John C. Grubb, Sr., Commander. |
