A 16-year-old youth has confessed, Police Chief Tom Ross says, that he held up the Puget Sound National bank and escaped es-caped with $5,050, using a five-year-old child as a shield. The youth, Gerald Wayne Barnes, was arrested at the home of his parents, Ross said.
