Show Drama Critic Impressed With Local Genealogy Pageant Play sang "Open the Gates to the Temple" with great sincerity. Scenery for the play was set behind white scrim to denote the spirit world. White curtains cur-tains bordered the stage and the huge picture of the Salt Lake Temple on the back wall. All but one of the characters were dressed in white. Cast in the show were Jack Naisbitt, Jack Hummell, Kathleen Hum-mell, Hum-mell, Carl Anderson and Alice Rindfleisch. By Virginia Baker Saw a very moving, very effective ef-fective pageant-play presented the other night by Bryan Ward. Told with great simplicity, it is the story of the necessity of doing do-ing genealogy work, with little attempt at heavy dramatics. Coordinator of the show is Jack Naisbitt, who stated that this is the group's fifth season, and the show has been presented present-ed in ward and stake programs all the way ifrom, Provo to Idaho Ida-ho Falls. So great is the request re-quest that the show is booked solid six months in advance. A performance by a chorus precedes the playlet. Under the direction of Willard Smith, the group responds easily and precisely. pre-cisely. Lovely flame-haired Lucille Lu-cille Gray, who just this year graduated from Granite High, sang beautifully.
