The program is to be presented by the legislative committee with Lena Bes-endorfer Bes-endorfer as chairman. Mary Condas, an attorney, will be guest speaker. She will present both sides of the amendment that is before I the Utah legislature on whether the post of state superintendent of schools should be appointive or - elective. The .Crusade for Freedom scroll will be presented for signatures.
