Jarvis family . . Mr and Mrs Carl Jorgensen. Taking a spiring drive through the southeast is an interesting experience, isnt it? From week to week the areas change so considerably it is difficult to believe. Building is going on full steam ahead. Have you ridden rid-den up through Mt. Olympus acres where the Ken White's claim a home? Have you been out in Cottonwood where Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Kimball have such an interesting home? And what lovely things the James F. Gunns are doing to their present pres-ent home. As soon as they are through decorating it it will be sold to some lucky person and the Gunns will move into their new home up the street. And Dr. R. A. Nipko and his charming charm-ing family have built a real dream house out on 5500 South. Bud and Ila Jack a busy landscaping land-scaping their semi-modern new home that nestles in the foothills foot-hills of St. Mary's knoll. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Jenkins haven't moved into their flat-topped home in Indian Hills yet, but there will be nothing lacking when they do. Take a ride around sometime, you southeasterners, and see what lovely homes we can claim in this area. Kind of makes you feel proud! "It's goodbye to Jack Ad-amson Ad-amson for a while at least. He's left for California this week to report as a flight instructor. So from now on it's Captain Adamson. Peggy, his wife, and their three youngsters will .join him later if plans work out as they want. Several going away socials were held in his honor hon-or with Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Ward working out a bowling super party and the David S. Kings entertaining at a small home supper. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Lorentzen are back home again in their Wainwright Road rambler. They took young Bobie with them to Phoenix for six weeks of business busi-ness and pleasure. Sunday go-to-meeting . . . Maynard and Nonie Soren-sen Soren-sen entering the chnrch with tiny Ramona in her Mommie's arms . . . the Jean McDon-oughs, McDon-oughs, some of the bushiest people we know, hitting Sunday Sun-day School, choir practice and evening session . . Mrs. Karl Q. Cannon was sitting wtih her son-in-law Hack Miller. Mrs. Cannon came up from her 8th West home to spend the day with the Millers . . . Mr. and Mrs. Harlan Clark who are ' |
