Show Fairbuiii over at The Typewriter Type-writer Store lias a couple of new associates. Orval Moore has been here for a few months, but is still somewhat of a newcomer. Thornton Peterson, Pe-terson, a brand new arrival, is goinfr to be on Doc's super sales staff. WE NOTE ALSO that Glen F. Stevenson is now in Sugar House in his own business which he calls the "Compact Goodhousekeeping Center," at 961 East 21st South. We wish Glen good luck on his enterprise, enter-prise, and extend a cordial welcome wel-come to Sugar House. IV - v AROUND THE CORNER IN SUGAR HOUSE WITH THE EDITOR committee. Some of the newcomers are: Don E. Clark of Western Auto; Bernell Coons, Keate Hardware; Warren Ot-tley Ot-tley (a former Sugarite) of Ot-ley's Ot-ley's Inc.; J. U. Eldredge of Acme Quality Paints Inc.; and Harry N. Poll ol Foil and Austin Aus-tin Sound Service. TAUKING ABOUT NEWCOMERS, NEW-COMERS, we see that "Doc" THREE MEN who have their roots in Sugar House, paid homage to Nephi J. Hansen last Saturday at Mr. Hansen's funeral. fu-neral. W.e were all moved by the reminiscences and thoughts of speakers: Sidney J. Ottley, Pres. Stephen L Richards, and former Governor Charles R. Mabey. They did a wonderful job in paying tribute to a wonderful won-derful man. AVE WERE PROUD of our community when we saw the size of the turnout at the monthly chamber of commerce com-merce meeting, and the enthusiasm en-thusiasm and friendliness of the members. It was one of the best chamber meetings to date, complete with fine music from Westminster College, a movie on Sugar House staring star-ing Paul Pehrson and some other characters, good food, inspiring speeches, et al. THE CURTIS CLAN was represented by Jesse R., A. Ray, and Dale R. at the meeting. It was good to see the three brothers broth-ers there together. The whole family are loyal Sugarites, and an important part of the community. com-munity.
