Mr. Thunell served two previous missions to Sweden. He was formerly bishop of Wasatch Was-atch ward. Mrs. Thunell has long been an active worker in the Relief Society and the Primary Assn. Mildred has been active in Sunday school and Mutual organizations. or-ganizations. She is accompanying accompany-ing her parents to Sweden and may be called to stay as a missionary. Tonight at 8:15 p.m., in the Holladay LDS ward chapel, at 2215 E. 48th So., an outstanding missionary farewell testimonial will be held honoring Mr. and Mrs Isaac Thunell and their daughter, Mildred, of 2184 E. 2800 So. Ward and bishopric members will furnish the missionaries mis-sionaries with an excellent program, pro-gram, prior to their leaving for the Swedish missioin. Speakers will include L. Joseph Jos-eph Wise, Bishop A. Gideon Omer and the three missionaries. Musical numbers will be furnished furni-shed by the Singing Mothers and a Sunday school chorus. Grace Berndt yvill sing a solo number and Maurice Capson will play an accordian solo. Wendell Wen-dell Bowthorpe will give a reading. read-ing. Paris L. Wimmer will offer |
