Show Southeasterner Announces Candidacy for Attorney Post ' ' ' ' " 1 O i 'If ' Frank E. Moss, a lifelong southeasterner now living at 1404 East 13th South, has declared de-clared his candidacy for Salt Lake county attorney. He has served for 10 years as a city court judge of Salt Lake City, and has been active in various service organizations. Mr. Moss sesrved for four years with the judge advocate department of the U. S. Air Forces, much of the time being in the European theater. He now has a reserve commission as a major, and is the national judge advocate of the Air Reserve Re-serve Association. A former student body president presi-dent at Gpnite High School, Mr. Moss later distinguished himself at the Uinversity of Utah and the George Washington Washing-ton Law School. He received a B.A. degree from the university univer-sity with high honors. He was made a member of Phi Kappa Phi and Beehive, honorary societies, soci-eties, and Pi Kappa Alpha social fraternity. At law school, where he received a J.D. degree, he was student editor of the Law Review. ' FRANK E. MOSS . . . seeks post He is a son of James E. Moss, 2059 East 4800 Suoth, well-known well-known Hollatlay resident. He is married to the former Phyllis Hart, daughter of the late Chas. H. Hart of the LDS First Council Coun-cil of Seventy. The couple have two sons and a (laughter attending at-tending the Uintah School. Mr. Moss is a member of the Salt Lake Lions Club, American Ameri-can Legion Post No. 83. Veterans Veter-ans of Foreign Wars, and the Wasatch Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. |
