Show Southeasterners In The Neivs A reorganization of the East Mill Creek Ward Sunday School took place at the Sunday evening eve-ning service. March 9. At that time, Hr. Elbert K. Thompson and his counselors, V. Earl Walker, Max Thompson and LeRoi B. Oroberp; were released. The new superintendent will be LeRoi B. Grohrg who has chosen chos-en as his assistant, LeRoy B. Tanner. Roy Malloiy, son of Mr. and Mrs. L. R. Mallory, 1S70 East 27th South was honored at a missionary farewell last Sunday, March 9 in the Grandview Ward chapel, prior to his departure for the Tahitian Mission. Ray has previously spent four years in Tahiti when his father fath-er w a s mission president from 1933 to 1937. Roy graduated graduat-ed from East High and also attended the University of Utah. , . |
