Show fGlenn Trip to Aid ( Park Problems Gienn E. Tripp, was asked by the Sugar House Chamber of Commerce to accept chairmanship chairman-ship of a committee to deal with problems rising out of Fairmont Park. The park is a great asset to Sugar House and many matters that would advertise the district go unheeded because of lack of contact with the park supervisors, supervis-ors, and it the plan of the Chamber Cham-ber to have Mr. Tripp keep in close touch with activities at the park and to act on problems that will involve the Sugar House area. During the past few weeks such problems as a new diving board f or . the swimming pool ; proposed stocking of the pool for fishermen fisher-men and the proposed lighting of the park at night have come before be-fore the directors of the Chamber and it was deemed advisable to appoint a man familiar with the district to take these matters in hand. m |
