Show Mrs. Earl S. Johnson and children, Chrysie . and Carrie, 2670 E. 3900 South, returned Monday from a 10 day stay in Albuquergue, New Mexico. Staying with her sister Mrs. H. Jay Layton, 4221 Neptune (3783 east) is Mrs. V. Ft. Nelson, Dayton, Ohio. She came to attend her brother's wedding wedd-ing and will be here for a week. The 7th Ward Mutual of Olympus Stake took the Mia Maids to Lagoon, August 26th and swimming fun was enjoyed by all. The Holladay 7th Ward Beehive Bee-hive girls softball team received re-ceived the Sportsmanship trophy. The 7th Ward is very proud of their girls. The Holladay 5th ' Ward Mutual went to Sunset Beach to swim and bask in the sun. Plenty of hotdogs and watermelon water-melon were on hand and all who went had an enjoyable time. |
