duchesne county delinquent tax li list st delinquent TAX LIST OF DUCHESNE COUNTY STATE OF UTAH FOR THE YEAR 1939 pursuant to law and an order of the board of county commissioners of said duchesne county the undersigned undersigner under signed as county treasurer of said county herewith publishes the delinquent list of all persons owing taxes for the year 1939 which by law are made collectible by the treasurer of said county and which are arc unpaid and delinquent unless the delinquent delm quent taxes together with the penalty and cost provided by law are paid before the day of january 1940 the undersigned undersigner under signed will sell to the county beginning at the hour of 10 A AT at the county court house of said county at duchesne utah on january 10 1940 so much of the following described real estate property situated in said county and state on which the said taxes for the year 1939 have not been paid as shall be necessary to pay said taxes penalty and costs
