lamb curry put t two wo pounds of lamb in a ste slew pan with sufficient water to cook it having previously washed it IL let it stew slowly till the meat comes easily from the bones when cool cut it into small pieces fry a small onion in two ounces of 0 butter to a light brown add a tablespoonful tablespoon tul ot of curry powder and halt half a spoonful of curry paste mix all together with halt half a pint ot of good gravy or stock put in the meat and let it stew gently halt half an hour serve boiled rice separately
