Show Postmaster Pack Lists Regulations Christmas and other greeting greet-ing cards in unsealed envelopes, minus written material, require 2 cents postage to any place in the United States, according to Postmaster J. Austin Pack. It sealed or if a written message is enclosed, the first; class postage post-age rate is required. The closing time for mail matter going toward Vernal is 8 45 a. m., and for that going to Salt Lake City, 9:45 a.m. Any sealed parcel, even, with Christmas tags as seals, requires the first class postage rate, except ex-cept when a printed . sticker is attached stating that it may be opened for postal insDection.
