Satur-day. Mrs. Charles Percival and daughter, Florence, called Sunday Sun-day at the Ned Gines home. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Lemon, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Hardman, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Jones, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Gentry and Jack Spencer spent Friday in Roosevelt. Roos-evelt. Mrs. James Zobell and Mrs. Clayton Webb spent the weekend week-end in Salt Lake City. Junior Faucett returned home Wednesday, after having been released, Dec. 6, as a missionary mission-ary for the ' LDS church. He served in' the North Central States mission. Mrs. Orie Cook, of Bluebell, accompanied by her family, celebrated cel-ebrated her birthday, Wednesday, Wednes-day, with a visit to her parents. Eda Bee, John and Alton D. Percival visited their grand, parents, Wednesday, while their rnother shopped in Roosevelt. EaVette Percival was a guest Wednesday of Louise Gentry. Our community was well represented rep-resented in the school board election, Wednesday, Mr. and Mrs. Lynn McCar-rell, McCar-rell, of Vernal, and Mr. and Mrs. Ann Mitchie, of Hanna, visited the William J. Faucetts Sunday. Lawrence Brighton and Ar-vin Ar-vin Bellon, of Roosevelt, and i Junior Faucett spoke at Sacrament Sac-rament meeting, Sunday. The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Webb was named "Lynne" instead of "Mame Lynne," as reported in last week's paper. |
