Show PARTY HONORS SERVICE DEPARTEE Co-hosts at a lovely arranged dinner party Wednesday night, honoring Mr. and Mrs. Nylan Elsworth, were Mr. and Mrs. Anthon Christensen and Mr. and Mrs. Bert Gardner. The affair was Tield at the Christensen Christen-sen home, with the following guests attending: Mr. and Mrs. Marcus Garrett, Mr. and Mrs. Neldon Johansen, Mr. and Mrs. Kelly Sprouse, and the honored guests. Mr. Elsworth recently received re-ceived his call for service with the U. S. Army. BRIDGETTE FETED Members of Bridgette club were feted last Thursday night at the Frontier Grill by their hostess, Mrs. Bill Nelson. Comprising Com-prising the guest list were: Mrs. Bill Murdock, Mrs. Orson Stevens, Stev-ens, Mrs. Parley Rawlings, Mrs. Steve Bellon, Mrs. Clem La-brum, La-brum, Mrs. Johnnie Cook and Mrs. Elmer Eldredge. A delicious dessert luncheon was served prior to the bridge game, prizes for which went to Mrs. Stevens, Mrs. Rawlings, Mrs. Bellon, Mrs, Eldredge and !Mrs. Murdock. I LADIES FISH AND GAME All members of the Ladies Fish and Game association are cordially invited to attend a party, which will be in the form of a chili supper, at the Roosevelt Roos-evelt Coffee Shop dining room next Monday, January 29, at 7:30 p. m. Members are asked to voice this news to other members, inasmuch as notice cards will not be sent out with the information, infor-mation, announces Mrs. Ann Gardner, president. NO-HOST PARTY A no-host party was held at the home of Carol Patry last Wednesday night, with the following fol-lowing group of guests participating: partici-pating: Marlene Fredrickson, Grace Colton, Franklin Peterson, Peter-son, Russell Gingell, Lorraine Anderson, Marlon Hackford, Harry Dahlberg, Lloyd Fenn, Lynn Nebeker, Mary Shelton, Norvel Hanson, LaRue Liddell, Clifton Moore, Colleen Moore, Maurine Gilbert, Alta Jackson, Phillip Todd, Joyce McKenna, Stephen Eldredge, SharLynn Larsen, Luella Hancock and Carol Patry. Light refreshments were served and all present enjoyed the affair immensely. RELIEF SOCIETY. ROOSEVELT WARD Next Tuesday at 2 p. m., a special program outlined by the general board will be presented by President Hollis Hullinger for Relief Society members of the Roosevelt L D S ward. Following Fol-lowing this a party will be held honoring the visiting teachers. All ladies of the ward are cordially cor-dially invited to attend, announced an-nounced Mrs. Mildred Smith, 'president. RELIEF SOCIETY SECOND WARD Next Thursday at 1:30 p. m., members of the Roosevelt second sec-ond LDS ward Relief Society will convene for a regular meeting, meet-ing, with Mrs. Fern Swain to give the social science lesson. Mrs. Carrie Wills, president, urges all members to attend. |
