THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS: You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon George E. Stewart, the plaintiff's attorney, attor-ney, whose address is Roosevelt, Utah, an answer to the Complaint within twenty (20) days after service ser-vice of this summons upon you. If you fail so to do, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in said Complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court, and a copy of which is hereto annexed and herewith served upon you. This action is brought to quiet title in plaintiff, in and to the following described land situate in Duchesne County, State of Utah: Beginning at the southeast corner cor-ner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 2 South, Range 2 West, Uintah Special Meridian, and running thence North 110 rods; thence West 160 rods; thence South 110 rods; thence East 160 rods to place of beginning.
