Show Utes Take Firemen For City-Church Softball Pennant A well-balanced and hard-working softball' team composed of members of the Ute Tribe from Ft. Duchesne, Monday night won the City-Church title by defeating the Roosevelt Firemen, 11-6. The two teams ended the season's piay all tied up, when the fire-fighters defeated de-feated Myton last week. To pick any individual 3i.c.r on the Ute team this season would be a . difficult task they had hustle in the field and power at the plate, a combination coupled with top pitching by Lou Mallory, which made them a tough team to beat.
