Show SELL SERVICE STATION A business transaction was completed com-pleted Sunday when AlVin Brum-mett Brum-mett sold his interests in the ser-1 ser-1 vice station on Highway 40 to Alfred Morrell. Mr. and Mrs. Mor-rell Mor-rell and family are former Myton residents and their many friends welcome their return. Mr. and Mrs. Brummett and small daughter daugh-ter expect to leave soon, but will reside with his mother, Mrs. Alice Brummett, till their plaas are completed. Their friends wish them much success wherever they decide to locate. Mr. and Mrs. Wilmer Murray visited Sunday at the home of Mrs. Verona Winkler, Mrs. Murray's Mur-ray's mother, at Bluebell. Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Anderson and two sons returned to Golden Thursday as Mrs. Anderson's father, Emery Nielson, was steadily stead-ily improving after a serious ill- ' ness. Mr. and Mrs. Acel Nielson, who also were called here by their father's illness, returned to Los Anamos, Colorado. Another daugther, Mrs. Elton Quick, who came from Clinton, Arkansas, will remain here for a short time to be with her mother while Mr. Nielson is confined to the hosp-pital. hosp-pital. Mrs. Lena Lisonbee came home for the weekend, returning to Salt Lake City, Sunday evening to resume re-sume her studies at Henagers. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Porritt and family and Mr. and Mrs. Elwin Porritt and children of Salt Lake City were weekend visitors at the home of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Levi Porritt. Mr, and Mrs. Fred Todd and Mr. and Mrs. George Funk participated parti-cipated in the annual' Uintah Basin picnic at Liberty Park in Salt Lake City Sunday. They report that they enjoyed meeting many old friends, who formerly made their homes in this district. As they returned home they were accompanied by Miss Joan Funk who had been visiting Miss Fay Robinson in Salt Lake City. Mrs. Homer Robinson left last week to visit members of her family in Salt Lake City and then went to Idaho Falls to visit her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Max Robinson. Mrs. Ole Peterson returned to her home Friday from a visit to Salt Lake City. She was accompanied accomp-anied by her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Dick Bingham and family of Magna, who spent the weekend here. Visitors at the homes of Lee Cooper and Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Cooper are Mr. and Mrs. Ed Ponton Pon-ton and family of Salt Lake City, who will spend a week here. |
