Show BMDGELAKD Mrs. Shelby Lisonbee Bride Honored At Shower Sept. 19 A bridal shower honoring Mrs. Norton Shelton, a recent bride, was held Saturday at the ward house. Mrs. Shelton was the former Miss Marion Jensen, of Randlett. A program consisting of the following numbers was presented: present-ed: vocal duet, by Mrs. Wanless Shields and Mrs. Lynn Hanson; reading, Wilma Meyer; vocal solo, Louise Liddell, accompanied accompan-ied by Mona Dee Liddell; piano solo, Hazel Walters, and a skit, Mona Dee and Louise Liddell. Delicious refreshments were served to about twenty ladies. Mr. and Mrs. Lee Lisonbee and daughter, Mary Lu and Mrs. Mary R. Lisonbee, of Bluebell, Mr. and Mrs. Sherwood Lisonbee Lison-bee and baby, Kim, were Sunday Sun-day visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Shelby Lisonbee.. Mr. and Mrs. Merl Jennings, Lu Jean Jennings and Bertie Lisonbee visited with Mr. and Mrs. Shirley Williams at Bluebell, Blue-bell, Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Malcolm Walters Wal-ters and daughter, Ruth, were visitors on Wednesday at Utahn with Mr. and Mrs. Leland Wright. Mrs. Lawrence Young, new baby boy and little daughter, Ann, of Mt. Emmons, are visiting visit-ing with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alma Smith. Mr. and Mrs. Austin Beal and children spent the weekend at Salt Lake City, where they visited vis-ited relatives and attended the State Fair. Leon Walters and daughters, Mary Ann and Margaret, of Salt Lake City, spent the weekend week-end here with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Malcolm Walters. Mr. and Mrs. Al Cundriff and children, of California, are visiting visit-ing Mrs. Cundriff's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Taylor. Mr. and Mrs. Alma Smith are rejoicing over the birth of a new grandson, born to Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Young, of Mt. Emmons, on Sept. 14th. Weekend , guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Brady were Mr. and Mrs. Arden Peterson Peter-son and family, of Murray. Mrs. Roy Taylor arrived home from Craig, Colo., where she has been visiting her daughter daugh-ter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Orson Rawlins, and getting acquainted ac-quainted with her new grandson, grand-son, born to the Rawlins recently. |
