Show Logan Temple Is Scene Of Wedding, Gardner And Todd NEOLA Taking her place among the fall brides was Miss Chell Gardner, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rex Gardner, of Neola, when she recited wedding vows with Max Todd, son of Mr. and Mrs. Russel Todd, of Ballard in lovely ceremony performed September 18th in the Logan temple- Monday evening, September 21 the newlyweds greeted their many friends and relatives at. a reception at the Neola chapel. The lovely bride greeted her guests in a floor length gown of brocaded satin styled with peter pan collar, long pointed sleeves, fitted bodice and full skirt. Her lace-trimmed veil of brides illusion illu-sion fell from a tiara of seed pearls and she carried a bou-J quet of roses tied with white streamers. Mrs. Audrey Substed, sister of the bride, was maid of honor and only attendant. She wore a floor length model of aqua embossed taffeta accented with a corsage of white blossoms. The- bride's mother chose a dress of solid print, while the mother of the groom wore a dress of maroon crepe. Both wore corsages cor-sages of pink and white blossoms. blos-soms. Miss Cleo Allred, Mrs. Delores Eldredge" and Mrs. Carol Gardner Gard-ner had charge of the gifts. The serying was under the direction of the Neola Ward Relief Re-lief Society. A program was presented during dur-ing the evening with Wendell Johnson acting as master of ceremonies. Out-of-town relatives who attended at-tended the reception were Mr. and Mrs. Iliff Gardner, Mr. and Mrs. Karsten Substed, Mrs. Ira Campbell and Mr. and Mrs' Louis Allred, all of Salt Lake City. The new Mr. and Mrs. Todd will make their home in Hay-. den for the present. |
