Sather and hej" brothef-iii-lavv, Hovc.d b..lheif Craig, Colorado jeweler, were seriously injured Saturday night near Rangely, Colo., when Mr. Sather's sedan left the road, after af-ter a tire blowout, and landed on its top in . an irrigation ditch at the junction of Blue mountain and Highway 87. Bob Sather, driving behind his wife and brother at the time, discovered the wrecked car. The group were on a business trip to Rangely. Mrs. Sather, who was released releas-ed from the Rangely hospital Tuesday, March 7, suffered lacerations lac-erations of the head, legs, and hands; Mr. Sather, lacerations of the face and a mashed kneecap. knee-cap. He is expected to be released re-leased from the hospital this weekend or the first part of next week. The automobile was totally demolished. Bob Sather said that, after discovering the wrecked car, he flagged down a passing motorist mo-torist to send to Rangely for an ambulance and wrecker. He and about 14 other flagged-down flagged-down motorists succeeded in moving the car enough that a door could be opened and his wife and brother extricated from the wreckage. They were unconscious when discovered.
