Show Bluebell Mrs. Garda Seeley The Boy Scouts entertained their parents at a party Thursday Thurs-day evening at the ward hall. Games were played and a program pro-gram presented. Mr and Mrs. Morris Mon-son Mon-son and boys, of Mt. Emmons, visited relatives here Sunday evening. School was not held Friday Feb 24 so that the teachers. Mrs. Zola Stevenson and Mrs. Verona Goodrich could attend the two-day leadership school at Roosevelt. Mrs. Laura Seeley left Sunday Sun-day for Logan and a week's training in 4-H club work. She accompanied County Agent Louis Lou-is Jensen, of Roosevelt. A large crowd from here attended at-tended the Moon Lake Stake Gold and Green ball at Alta-mont Alta-mont last week. Bluebell ward's queen, Beth Winkler, and partner, part-ner, Wayne Workman, were in the' floor show. Mr and Mrs. Alma Riohman and daughter, Helen, of Provo. visited relatives here last week- CrlMr. and Mrs. Frank Smith and three children, of Helper, visited during the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Goodrich and other relatives. Boyd Goodrich and Maxine Winkler, students at the B.Y.U. spent the weekend with their parents. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Young and Mr. and Mrs. Dallas Young, of Pleasant Grove, visited Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. James W. Powell. Mrs. Ed Young is Mrs. Powell's sister. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Clark and children, of Logan, visited Saturday and Sunday with relatives. rel-atives. The Relief Society gave the program Sunday evening, the theme dealing with the home. Mr. and Mrs. Leon Burton and Mrs. Mac Burton, of Talmage, were present at the program. Mr. and Mrs. Byran Roberts, of Pleasant Grove, and Mr. and Mrs. Pat Roberts, of Roosevelt, visited Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Dave Roberts. ' |
