Show Leeton-Bennett Delma Long Wayne Haslam made a business busi-ness trip to Denver last week, accompanied by Gerhardt Stolla and Charles Springer. They attended at-tended the stock show while there. Charles and Arvil Allred, of Glenwood Springs, Colo., and Claud Allred, of Vernal, visited Friday at the Otis Horrocks home. Mr. and Mrs. Horace Coltharp and Mr. and Mrs. Ned Coltharp have gone to Oakland, Calif, to visit Mrs. Coltharp's sister, Mrs. Snell Miller. Kenneth Haslam, of Salt Lake City, visited his folks Sunday morning. He was here on business busi-ness for Phillips Petroleum Co. Carl Hall, who has been under un-der treatment for virus pneumonia, pneu-monia, is sufficiently recovered to be released from the hospital; altho he is still bed-fast. Geo. Allred has been driving the school bus during Mr. Hall's illness. Lynn Haslam visited home folks over the weekend. Meetings have not been held in the ward chapel for two weeks because of road conditions. condi-tions. Mrs. Audrey Taylor has been appointed March of Dimes chairman chair-man for this district. Blaine Morrill was assessing property in this vicitiny last week. |
