Show Wildlife Club Of Roosevelt Elect Officers I Plan Big Membership Campaign, Wildlife Picture Show, Big Dance and outdoor Entertainment This Summer Wednesday night, the Roosevelt Roose-velt Wildlife Conservation club held their annual , election , in the directors room of the Roosevelt Commercial club. President Albert Crumbo called cal-led the meeting to order and asked for the secretary-treasurer report, which was given by secretary Marvin Oldroyd which i proved that the club had done considerable work during the past year, and also showed a club membership of 267, and a cash reserve in the bank of $135. Commissioner Attends Meeting Stale Fish and Game Commissioner Commis-sioner George H. Harrison thanked the club for their loyal support during the past year and also reported that the commission commis-sion of five members have formed many new policies and were seeking the support of all clubs in the state. The commissioner commis-sioner also reported on the progress pro-gress of the new Whiterocks fish hatchery, and future plans for making it one of the best in the state of Utah. Officers Elected It was one of the largest representations rep-resentations of members to turn-out to an election in many years, which goes to prove there is more interest in the sports in general. The following members were elected. Marvin Oldroyd, president; presi-dent; Dick Scholes, vice-president; Clair Larsen, sec-treasurer; board members are Albert Crumbo, Crum-bo, Ren Johnston, Lynn Orser, Herbert Barlow and George Walkup. The next board meeting was set for March 28. i |
