Show PS&S&XSXSXSSXSXSXSXSXSXS MYTON Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Bywaters received word that James was killed in an Air Plane factory in California Monday, June 10, details were not given. Mrs. James Bywaters and baby went down two weeks ago. The body will be shipped home for burial. Ladies Aid Ladies Aid was held at Mrs. Lou Mill's home Thursday. A business meeting was held after which a delicious lunch was served to fifteen members. Fiftieth Annerversary Mr. and Mrs. John Zirker, Sr., spent a quiet day June 3rd on their 50th wedding anniversary. Ethel Baril presented the Zirker's with a beautifully decorated cake and Mr. and Mrs. Hilery Holder, Salt Lake City called and gave their congratulations. Mr. Sycrl Dennis went to Clearficd Friday to visit Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Dennis and son Gail. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Graham, Jr., and Miss Julia Graham of Meeker Meek-er came to visit Mr. and Mrs. Graham, Sr., Wednesday. They left Saturday accompanied by their daughter Leila who has been visiting her grandparents for a month. Julia Graham who is telephone operator in Meeker, is spending her vacation with her parents. Mrs. Annie Allen went to Provo Saturday to take care of her daughter, Mrs. Andrew And-rus And-rus of Provo who recently underwent under-went an operation. Joe Omantana came home from Salt Lake City to make preperations for entering the Armed Services the 14th of July. Mrs. Murrel Benson and two small children were visiting the week end with Mr. and Mrs. Wm. R. Forsythe. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Suyder of Strawberry were visiting Mr. and Mrs. Marion Mott Sunday. Miss Loya and Bob Benson of Roosevelt were visiting their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Forsythe Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Marion Felter and family of Roosevelt were visiting Mr. and Mrs. James Pax-man Pax-man Sunday. A Party was held in the church for F, S. Musser Friday evening. The members presented him with a nice traveling suit case, for his splendid work in the ward. The, features of the evening even-ing were program and games on the Preece lawn; then a dance at the church house. The Mutual officers served lunch to a large crowd. Robert and Mrs. Zirker and, baby spent part of Robert's furlough fur-lough with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Zirker Sr. They will also visit Mrs. Zirker's parents in Idaho. 4-H Club. Club was held at the Crapo home last. Thursday, Mrs. Edith Colton taking charge. Time was spent in sewing. Mrs. Dave Allen and Mrs. Wm. Hancock were visiting. Refreshments were served. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Lydell, and Mr. and Mrs. Loyal Perry went to Idaho to visit and look around for a place to live. A. M. Jorgensen left for California Cali-fornia Tuesday. He has been visiting his wife who is spending the summer with her father, Geo. Behunnin and sister, Nina out on the ranch in Pleasant Valley. Mr. and Mrs. James Dalgleish were week end guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ellison Bills of Midvale. Mr. Dalgleish was attending a meeting meet-ing of the Legion while there. |
