Mr. and Mrs. Nick Geoniotakis and children of Columbia spent a few days visiting Mrs. Geoniotakis Geonio-takis sister and family, Mrs. Frank Robison. Mr. and Mrs. Vence Clark and baby son of Dolsero, Colorado, are here visiting for two weeks. Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Ames took their daughter, Bonnie Ann to Roosevelt Wednesday and had her tonsils removed. Private and Mrs. Dan Clark announce the arrival of a baby daughter, June 25. Mrs. Clark has been at Vernal. Dan was operated op-erated on at Camp Roberts, California Cal-ifornia Wednesday. Charles Dump of the U S army is home on furlough visiting visit-ing his father and brother, Lon Dump. Preston Allen of the U S army is home on furlough visiting his mother and family, Mrs. Albert Rochel. Mr. and Mrs. Nick Tallerico and daughter of Sunny Dale re turned home Friday. Mr. and Mrs. John Powell and daughter, returned home Saturday. Satur-day. Mrs. Powell visited in Fair-view Fair-view with her parents and Mr. I Powell went on to Redmond. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Bird announce an-nounce the arrival of a baby girl. Mrs. Bird is in Salt Lake, Mr. Bird is serving in the U S army. Misses Delores Farnsworth and Afton Berrett returned to Salt Lake Monday where they are employed. Mr. and Mrs. John Gunnon and son, Jackie of Leadville, Colorado, Colora-do, returned home Monday after visiting in Altonah for a week. In our report last week a mistake mis-take was made, it should have read Curtis Snyder was home on furlough not Keith. Curtis is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Snyder and is in the U S Navy. Mr. and Mrs. Snyder have five sons in the service. |
