An emergency you know. We can't recall just how long ago such an emergency first occurred oc-curred in Utah, but when it did I Mr. John Q. Utahn filed a state I income tax, and dug down in the I old sock to pay his levj And as he picked up his receipt he'was 1 assured that this was only a , temporary measure to tide the state over a little financial setback. set-back.
