Show Agreement For Dissolution of Partnership WHEREAS, an Agreement for Partnership was entered into in March, 1946, by and between T. R. HARMSTON and F. M. OWEN, doing business as H & O Supply Company; and, WHEREAS, the said T. R. Harmston and F. M. Owen have mutually agreed to dissolve this partnership by the consent of each. It is hereby agreed and understood that all property now in the possession of said T. R. Harmston and located at the place of business formerly op-crated op-crated by said parties shall become be-come the sole and separate property pro-perty of said T. R. Harmston, and said F. M. Owen does,' by these presents, bargain, sell, grant, convey and set over to said T. R. Harmston all of his equity, right, title, estate and interest in and to said property aforedescribed; and, WHEREAS, the said T. .R. Harmston hereby agrees to assume as-sume and to pay all liabilities of said firm incurred prior to June 1, 1949, Each party hereto agrees to pay all obligations incurred in-curred by either of them respectively res-pectively subsequent to June 1, 1949. It is further agreed that neither of said parties hereto shall operate nor do business under un-der the partnership name herein above set forth.
