Show Notice To Water Users Notice is hereby given that Moon Lake Water Users Association, Assoc-iation, by Louie Galloway, Roosevelt, Roos-evelt, Ut. has filed with the State Engineer requests for extensions ex-tensions of time from May 20, 1949 to May 20, 1954, in which to make and submit proofs of appropriation of water under Applications Nos. 3652 and 7104, for the appropriation of 350 sec. ft., 14,000 ac. ft. and 25,000 ac. ft. respectively . of water from West Fork of Lake Fork River to be diverted as direct flow and storage in Moon Lake Reservoir and used as a supplemental supply sup-ply to irrigate 71,317 acres of land. It is represented that $1,005,-350.00 $1,005,-350.00 has been expended on construction con-struction of reservoir and related re-lated works, and it is estimated that an additional expenditure of $40,000.00 will be required to complete the works and apply all water to beneficial use and adjust areas served with water as it is found necessary. All protests resisting the granting grant-ing of said requests, with reasons rea-sons therefor, must be ii affidavit affida-vit form, with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, 1, Utah, on or before July 16, 1949. A hearing will be held on these requests for extension of time before the State Engineer at 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, at the hour of 10 a. m., July 21, 1949.
