Show -WSSXS Leeton-Bennett (Mrs. Fred Harile) 5X3XSXSXS5SssxS5sSSs: Mr. and Mrs. Bill Hayse, of Salt Lake City, were visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Hall Saturday and Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. George Jenkins, from the saw mill, were guests Saturday and Sunday of Mrs. Nellie Whitlock and Mr. and Mrs. Less Taylor, of Leeton. Quenton Litster, of Salt Lake City, called on friends and relatives rel-atives Sunday and Monday. He is trucking from Roosevelt to Salt Lake. He also visited Sun day at Green River with Mr. and Mrs. Louie Hall. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Hall and family, and Miss Elna Hartle were also guests of the Halls on Sunday. Ward conference was held at Bennett Sunday, August 18, with a large crowd in attendance. President Ray E. Dillman, Russell Rus-sell Todd and Leland M. Angus of the stake presidency were present. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Hartle received re-ceived word from their oldest daughter, Mrs. Carl Pope, of ftukjuai zz, 1945 Glcndale, California, that she is very ill with a heart condition, bhe had planned a trip home, but due to her condition will be unable un-able to come. ' Billie Haslem, small son of Mr. and Mrs. Clair Haslem, came home last weekend after spending ten days on the mountains moun-tains with his aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Clint Betts. Mrs. Russon, of Bennett, left last week for Salt Lake City to 1 spend some time with her daugh-ten daugh-ten who has a new baby. Adaline Hartle was released from the YLMIA Sunday due to ill health. |
