Show BLUEBELL &SXS3DSSS25XS5 A-S Blaney Kimball arrived here Thursday of last week to spend his furlough with his wife and other relatives. Blaney is stationed at Oklahoma in the Air Corp. Pfc. Douglas Allred left for his training station at Barclay, Texas on Sunday after enjoying his furlough with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Claud Allred. Mr. and Mrs. Harold White and children and Mr. and Mrs. Al Anderson and children of Myton Bench, were Thanksgiving Thanksgiv-ing guests of Mr. and Mrs. John Anderson. A party honoring Pfc. Douglas Doug-las Allred and Blaney Kimball was held at the ward hall on Friday Fri-day evening. The evening was enjoyed by a program and dancing. Dinner Guests ' I Mr. and Mrs. George E. Tay- lor entertained at a dinner Sun- day in honor of their nephew, Staff Sgt. Thomas II. Taylor, who is an overseas veteran of twenty-seven months. The following fol-lowing members of the family and guests were present: Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Taylor and daughter, Lois, from Detroit, Michigan, Reed Taylor, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Taylor, Barbara Taylor; Tay-lor; Mrs. Mary Orser and the guest of honor. m Neighborhood Sewing Club The members of the Neighborhood Neighbor-hood sewing club met at the home of Dora Griffin Wednesday Wednes-day evening. A delicious luncheon lunch-eon was served and an enjoyable evening was spent sewing. Those present were Mrs. Art Allen, Mrs. Lee Allred, Mrs. J. S. Raw-lings, Raw-lings, Mrs. Louis Laris, LaRue Allred, Mrs. George Chenowith, Mrs. Howard Andrews, Mrs. Stanley Hall and the hostess. Just A Mere Bridge Club Mrs. Dora Larsen entertained the members of the club at her home Wednesday evening. Those present were the Mesdames Parley Rawlings, Darrell Walker, Walk-er, Ephria Nelson, Dick Adams, Reva Owen, Grant Killian, Lola Richens, Lloyd Labrum, Marvin Oldroyd, Jack Zimmerman, Ted Jensen and the hostess. After a lovely luncheon was served, tables tab-les were arranged for bridge. Friday Bridge Mrs. Sam G. Weiss was hostess host-ess to the members of the Friday Fri-day bridge club at her home Friday Fri-day evening. A lovely luncheon was served to Mrs. Marrell Wil-kins, Wil-kins, Mrs. Fred C. Ferron, Mrs. Eugene Harmston, Mrs. Vean Bair, Mrs. J. V. McLea, Mrs. Bennie Schmiett and Mrs. Paul Murphy. |
