Show Mt. Home Miss Margie Nyberg Wayne Wilkins has been visiting visit-ing friends and relatives here, flic returned to Salt Lake Sunday Sun-day of last week. The basketball game between Altamont and Roosevelt was played at Altamont on the 21st. Altamont was victorious and beat them 3 points. The girls' also played and a dance was enjoyed en-joyed afterward. Mr. and Mrs. Verlyn Stewart, of Roosevelt, have moved back to their home in Mt. Home. Mrs. Lucy Stott, of Montana, is visiting here with friends and relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Rowley left for Salt Lake on February 24th, where they expect to make their home. Edwin Farnsworth is buying their home here. It is rumored that Mr. Charlie Blcazard-has sold his place to Mr. Van Tassel, a brother of Mr. Glen Van Tassel, of Mountain Home. Mr. and Mrs. Aaron Stevenson and Mr. and Mrs.. Leland Stevenson, Steven-son, of Mt. Emmons, have gone to California for a vacation. Delbert Anderson and son, Dale, went to Salt Lake City on the 18th. They returned home February 24th. Mr. Anderson i plans to move his family to Salt Lake next Saturday. Reed Lyons will take their furniture out for them. Ervin Murphy, of Bridgeland.i took a load of cattle out for Mr. Anderson. Mrs. Helen . Potter, of Idaho, gave birth to a nine pound baby I boy in the Roosevelt hospital, Feb; 24th. Mrs. Potter is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dave Farnsworth, of Mt. Home. Bishop and Mrs. Grant Thompson, Thomp-son, of Kamas, spent last weekend week-end in Mt. Home at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Van Tassel. Mr. Thompson- is "principal of the South Summit high school at Kamas. |
