Mr. and Mrs. Frank Holman, Mr. and Mrs. Heber Timothy were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Charley Timothy Sunday. Wm. Brotherson of Boneta was a caller in town Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Bowden and Mr. and Mrs. Milton Anderson, Ander-son, also Mrs. Mary Bowden and son, Lou, were Roosevelt visitors visit-ors Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Beebe and daughter. Barbara, were in Roosevelt on business Monday. George Carroll attended the Uintah Cattle Association, officers offi-cers banquet held in Roosevelt Monday night. Bishop Glen Mohlman and Ed Conklin were business visitors in Roosevelt Monday. Miss Naomi Foote returned to her home in Salt Lake Wednesday. Wednes-day. She has been visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Snyder Sny-der the past week. Mrs. Wm. Young went to Duchesne Du-chesne Tuesday to be with her mother, Mrs. Annie Johanson, who is ill. Mrs. Reva Fisher and son, Clarence, have been visiting in Mt. Home for a few days. Oliver Bowden received word that his son, June, had been operated' on for appendicitis Wednesday at the Price hospital. His condition is most favorable. Mr. and Mrs. Glade Timothy and Mrs. Betty Clark were shopping shop-ping in Roosevelt Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Ralphs were Roosevelt business visitors Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Barrett, Mr. and Mrs Charley Timothy, and Miss Edith Ashby of Alton-ah, Alton-ah, attended the party at the Altamont Al-tamont High school Saturday night for the teachers and the employees of the school. Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Bowden and Mrs. Mary Bowden were visitors in Myton Thursday. The Altonah postmaster, H. H. Dunn is retiring. Wm. Snyder ' will take his place. Lawrence Weeks car caught fire Saturday and was destroyed, as a result of the alcohol becoming be-coming too hot and exploding. |
