Show BilS I1EJSPIT0L Strong Institution Formed; Assets Over Million Announcement of the consolidation consoli-dation of the First National Bank of Bingham and the First Security Secur-ity Bank of Bingham was made last Friday by Eugene Chandler, cashier of the First National bank prior to Hie merger. The. business busi-ness will be conducted under the name oC First Security Bank, which is a member of the First "Security Corporation System, largest iuteruiountain banking organization. Combined assets of the institution institu-tion now total more than $1,000,-000 $1,000,-000 and officers and directors are as follows: L. S. Cates, president; I). 1. Moffat, vice-president; C. K. Adderley, vice-president ; C. T. Parsons, secretary. These the First National, forms the same as if drawn on the First Security Bank forms. If a de-nositor de-nositor has maintained accounts in both banks, the accounts will be kept separately for the customer's cus-tomer's convenience. In commenting on the consolidation, consoli-dation, Mr. Chandler said: "We decided on this move because of my ill health and the demand on my time by personal interests, and 1 feel that the needs of the community can-bo as well, if not better, served by the larger institution, in-stitution, which will give Bingham Bing-ham a bank with deposits of more than $1,000,000.
