Mrs. Jane Jackson was the charming hostess to the L. T. B. club at a 1 o'clock luncheon on Wednesday Wed-nesday of last week. Cards were the diversion for the afternoon, Mrs. Vaughn Chrlsensen winning first prize. Mrs. W. Harrison the second prize and Mrs. C. I Countrymen the consolation. Red and white was used as a color col-or scheme throughout the house and red sweet pens were used for centerpieces cent-erpieces at the luncheon tables. Bridge followed, Mrs. Louis Buchman Buch-man winning first prize and Mrs. Jack Blades winning second prize. The Lndies Civic club will meet this Thursday at the home of Mrs. David Lyon with Mrs. Howard Mc-Coleman Mc-Coleman as assisting hostess. A delicious deli-cious supper was served, Mrs. Zina Christensen, Mrs. Truethwey and Mrs. Ella Nichols being in charge. Miss Dora Hanson will entertain the Emonon on Saturday evening.
