Show LEGAL NOTICE Petition No. 88-2C Please be advised that the Bountiful Planning Commission will hold a public hearing TUESDAY, March 1, 1988 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Planning Conference Room, Bountiful City Hall, 790 So. 100 E., Bountiful, Utah. The purpose of this hearing will be to determine the interest in and ascertain the advisability of approving or disapproving dis-approving a Conditional Use Permit for the following land use: Permission to construct an 80 ft. x 67 ft. single story concrete block building for additional space for automotive repair re-pair and service. Building will be attached to present structure and extend ex-tend east 80 ft. Property is located at 295 So. Main. A Conditional Use is a land use that can be made acceptable in a particular area if the developer will comply with specific conditions that are outlined in the Zoning Ordinance to assure compatibility com-patibility with surrounding land uses. The public is invited to attend and voice opinion either for or against this proposal. If you cannot attend, please feel free to voice opinion in writing or by agent or attorney. If you know of any affected property owner who, for unknown reasons, failed to receive a copy of this notice, please advise them of this meeting.
