Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the front steps of the Davis County Court House in Farmington, Davis County, Utah on June 9, 1983 at 10:00 a.m. of said day, for the purpose pur-pose of foreclosing a Deed of Trust executed by Oren Limited Li-mited & Associates as Borrower, Bor-rower, in favor of American Savings & Loan Association, as Trustee and Beneficiary, covering real property located at Oakridge Country Club Estates Plat 11, Farmington, Davis County, Utah and more particularly described as follows: fol-lows: Beginning 100.0 feet South of the Southline of Shepard Lane at a point South 469.25 ft., more or less, and South 89 42' East 28.78 and South 1 05 ' 3 1 " West 100.01 ft. along a fence line from the Northeast corner of Section 14, Township 3 North Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the city of Farmington and running thence South 1 05'31" West 233.72 ft., thence South 1 07' West 87.0 ft.; thence South 1 07' West 665.61 feet; thence North 88 53' West 125 feet; thence North 30 49'56" West 113.39 feet; thence North 88 53' West 136.29 ft.; thence North 88.81 ft.; thence North 1 1 40' West 486.53 ft.; thence North 11.40' West 296.65 ft.; thence North 82 47'30" East 233.31 ft. along the South line of a subdivision; subdi-vision; thence South 89 42' East 265.38 ft. along said subdivision to the point of beginning, containing con-taining 8.4895 acres, more or less.
